Server-side JavaScript Will Be as Common as PHP

Reading through the comments on Craig Buckler’s blog post, Will Server-side JavaScript ever catch on? confirms what Douglas Crockford wrote about JavaScript : it’s been typecast. A lot of people can only see it in context of the browser.
